Brisk Bidding sees Premium Property Sold at Speed for €190,000
Coonan Property recorded a sale of land by Public Auction on Wednesday 21st October 2020 in what shall be the final auction held for several weeks as Covid-19 restrictions take precedence.
The event was well attended (within guidelines) and the 10 acres of farmland sold extremely quickly in what transpired to be an exciting auction. This prime parcel of land with excellent road frontage was never going to rest on its laurels for too long and bidders literally hit the ground running on the day.
The opening bid was placed at €130,000. Bidding climbed in increments of €10,000 and then €5,000 until a figure of €150,000 was reached. After a short interval, the property was placed on the market whereby it sold to a local farm owner at the price of €190,000. We would like to wish the purchasers acres of luck going forward.
