Field Your Future in Collierstown, Tara

Approx. 27.5 Acres of Prime Agricultural Land

Coonan Property are privileged to present approx. 27.5 acres of  good quality free draining land to the market.  The lands are laid out into five divisions and are being offered for Public Auction.  The lands are accessed off the R147, which links Navan and Dunshaughlin.

Skryne is a village in County Meath located on and around a hill between the N2 and N3 roads, it is 10km south-east of Navan, 7km north of Dunshaughlin and 35km north-west of Dublin city centre. The village is on the far side of the Gabhra valley from the Hill of Tara. The Hill of Skryne is higher than the neighbouring Hill of Tara. A 15th-century church, known locally as Skryne tower or The Steeple, remains in good condition at the top of the hill and is visible from a large area of Meath.

The lands are located just west of the village as you approach from the Dunshaughlin/Navan side.

The lands will be sold by Public Auction in the Pillo Hotel, Ashbourne, Co. Meath at 3pm on Wednesday, 6th March 2024.

We expect there will be plenty of interest cultivated in this superb piece of property which is being guided at excess €350,000.
