Longwood is a rural village in southwest Co. Meath, it has evolved historically from a market town serving the surrounding agricultural hinterland to a growing commuter village in southwest due to its proximity to the M4 motorway at Enfield, approx. 10 km away. Longwood's position near the R160 and the N4/M4 corridor makes it accessible from Dublin, less than 40km away.
