Farmland Sales Thriving
Setting Down Grass Roots in Leinster
Coonan Property have welcomed the ongoing interest in quality farmland for sale throughout the country. One of many things naturally abundant in this country is good yielding land and Leinster in particular, is full of it. We have had the pleasure of selling three such plots in recent times and would like to celebrate the success of this sector which is so ingrained in our culture.
Rathlevanagh, in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath is a superb residential farm in a stunning location overlooking Lough Owel. It offered an idyllic country living experience in a fantastic, secluded location just minutes away from the M4.
For those only interested in land, a parcel of land at Clonkill, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath was the ideal purchase. These 23 acres of prime lands in grass with good road frontage were sold with a three-bay barn, yard and handling facilities and provided a great farming opportunity in quiet surroundings within easy access of the M4 and Mullingar itself.
Three quality examples of farmland recently sold that have confirmed the thriving land sales in Ireland. Each received prices in line with the current market and in excess of their asking price. We will be bringing more quality land parcels to the market throughout 2021 and envisage continued growth and success in this sector.
