Coonan Property have sold approximately 14.55 acres (5.89 ha), which was guiding excess €200,000.  The property achieved an impressive €655,000 at the online auction on Tuesday, 22nd September 2026.  The auction opened with a bid of €200,000 and with 8 active bidders things moved fast over the next forty minutes, ultimately achieving €655,000.

The land, which is partially developed and has further development potential, extends to approximately 14.55 acres (5.89 ha) and is located in the townland of Cloncowan at Longwood, Co. Meath.  Planning permission was in place for a bonded warehouse storage facility however this permission has now lapsed.  The permission was for 5 no. bonded warehouses, fire water retention pond, stormwater attenuation pond, access road, internal access routes, water tank and associated infrastructure and all associated site development.

The site is ideally located between Trim and Longwood with direct access onto the R160, giving easy access to the M4 & M3 corridors making it accessible to Dublin
