Success Delivered as Online Auction sees Parcel of Lands sold for €1,275,000
Coonan Property recorded a sale of land by Online Auction on Wednesday 10th March 2021, where c. 48 acres of land made €1,275,000 equating to €26,500 per acre. This transpired to be an extremely successful auction.
The event was held online due to Covid-19 regulations but that did not hold interested parties at bay. The prime lot is in a superb location close to the Dublin/Meath border with easy access to the M1, M2, M3 and M50 Motorways. Therefore, we weren’t surprised to find quite a lot of online traffic when it came to auction day.
There were three active bidders in total. Bidding proceeded well and soon surpassed the reserve which was set at €960,000. The property was placed on the open market whereby it sold at the price of €1,275,000. We wish the purchasers of this fine lot every success in the future.
